| The Bunny Hop 2025: Hop On Over to Lancaster's Annual Celebration! |
Lancaster, CA - The City of Lancaster happily invites families to The Bunny Hop, an annual Easter celebration marking the return of spring. The event will be held on April 12, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Join us at Sgt. Steve Owen Memorial Park. Head to the area north of the playground for a day springing with excitement!
“The Bunny Hop is a cherished tradition here in Lancaster—a time for families to come together, enjoy the spirit of the season, and create lasting memories,” said Mayor R. Rex Parris. “It’s events like this that continue bringing our community together, and I’m thrilled to invite everyone to come out and celebrate!”
The Bunny Hop is a FREE event open to all, with activities geared toward children 11 years old and under. This year’s event will feature a number of fun, family-friendly attractions:

Themed Activities: Spring into the Easter spirit with a 2K Bunny Hop, a tent-to-tent egg trail, and a photo booth opportunity with the Easter Bunny!
Free Magic Shows: Prepare to be amazed with two magical performances! Join us at 9:45 a.m. and 11 a.m. to see the exciting tricks up this magician’s sleeve.
Free Attractions: Enjoy a delightful petting zoo, caricature artist, face painting, balloon art, and carnival games.
Kids Activities: Fun crafts and coloring await your little ones during the event. Also, have the kids join the bunny sack races for a chance to win prizes! Lastly, don’t let them miss the chance to hop around the amusement jumpers and play a game of Gellyball for FREE!
